Good Evening All.
Rest assured Mo. I bought nuffink.
I saw a really lovely top, but have decided to have a look around elsewhere before I make my mind up. gawd, how I have changed. I used to buy everything in sight, then decide on it later, then it was too late to take things back. Then I had children, and it all changed.
Now I look at something and say 'thats nice'. Do I want it? and do I need it? By that time I've talked myself out of it. lol
Hurry home Jean, I think everyone recovers better at home. Hope the rest of your ladies are well.
STEPHEN. we were about to send out search parties. I nearly alerted Highland Rescue.
See idle hands make work for the Devil, what are you getting up to?
See you all later.
Still coughing. lol

Marilyn I know the internet is bad in Cyprus Carole my friend has told me her sister goes into Papos to get a connection. she lives just outside she had a bungalow built and does not even have electric she has a generator. Carole moved back to England she said it drove her mad to have to keep going into Papos, she send emails to her sister and her sister goes into papos ever few days to get them. I would hate that, I dont know how Carole got on she lived out there 11 years, her Father was a pilot .that was why they lived there.
Stephen I have been having trouble with my internet for days now, sometimes it works other times is is useless.but I have two computers both handed down to me a desk one and a laptop. .
I put the cross down as well Mo she will get extra protection.

Mo I think Pat is at work the three hours to go is when she comes home. I think. Stephen is playing Hide and Seek. He will say he was so busy at the office he didnt get home till late and then was too tired and went to bed. Pauline 36 in a 30 I wont say no more. I hope Brent is back at day centre ? is he feeling better ? I hope jean took a cross into hospital with her incase it is a Dr Dracula in there, better be prepared. It must be like an office in her room with her lapping going like mad. Lol

Helloooo everyone. How's our little Jean today then. Are you sure it's Doctor Crippen and not Dracula that's keeping you in hospital, just don't let him near you if he suggests blood tests. He's a blood thirsty devil, and if he shows you his teeth, run for it. lol He's a right misery isn't he, fancy not letting you go home, I think you have caught his eye, and he doesn't want to part with you. What delight have you ordered for your dinner tonight. Hospital food is absolutely great isn't it ( not ). When Roly was in hospital after his brain bleed, I used to take food in for him. The poor devil was starving, as they never produced anything appetising, it was nearly always unedible.
Pauline, you are right, we have not heard from Stephen for a couple of days. I wonder if they are snowed in, naaaa that can't be, Stephens very good at clearing the snow. I hope he didn't go walk about, and get himself lost in the snow.
I wonder if our Nanook of the north, Maddie has got back from her "walkies". O.k Maddie, how many pairs of shoes did you end up buying. Now don't give the excuse that you only popped into the shoe shop to have a quick warm, and got your arm twisted up your back to buy a pair before they would let you out of the shop.
Rita, like you, I popped up to the shops this morning, and my word that wind was bitter. I was so glad to get back home.

Jean there are some benefits in being in a side ward. I was put in one in Norfolk and felt so lonely. it had a lovely Televsion, a Radio, and a wash Basion. and Armchair, the food came in on a trolley. but I said I would rather go into a big ward. all the beds were full at the time. so I had to wait till someone went home. I thin k it was about three days I had to wait? The person who came in was put in my room I had left and was as happy as could be. she didnt like to talk to people. I admit it was nice and quiet and you didnt hear the nurses shoes squeaking up and down as they came to check on people or came because the bell had rang.. I was in their for ten days.
I went out to post some letters this morning it was very overcast I thought I would get out and back before it rained. ? I put my big coat on with the hood. it was so cold out. I was only our for just under and hour.. now the sky is blue in places so perhaps we wont get the rain. ?

Morning all, have just had a visit from Dr.Cripin, I asked could I go home, he looked over his glasses at me and said 'why? have you not got everything you would have if you went' then said NO. Rita, I'm in a side ward, alone, so they leave my tea till last, about 6.30 when they come in and put the light on. my door is closed at night so I dont get disturbed by the noise in the main ward. Iknow someone comes in 2/3 times during the night but dont really bother me. Maddie I hope you enjoy your walk, please take care and make sure you are wrapped up. Patricia, I hope you are feeling much better or your day at work will tire you more Hope everyone is ok, have a good day. Jean xx.

Morning everyone I was looking our of my bedroom window this morning and there in my little strip of garden are bluebell shoots coming through they are around 2 to 3 inches high.looks like spring will come early this year (I wish )
Jean hope you are working away on the laptop of yours. I surpose you had early morning tea and a wake up call around 6 this morning. I take ear plug and a black eye band when I go in as the noise of the night nurses keep me a wake and then the lights are often left on so I use a shade to cover my eyes..
Pauline I thought your snow would have all gone and you would have had better weather to come rather than more snow, blow it up the otherway please not down south.
Maddie get out in the breeze and go for a nice stroll it will help .get rid of that cough.
Shelly dont forget you have sweeties in your pocket you might forget and put them in the washing machine not nice it a terrible job to get the mess out.
Pat I think you must be feeling a lot better to have gone back t work.
