	Morning All, DENTIST this morning ...Arrrgh !! Worth seeing the polish dentist I suppose he better make up for it ..LOL Stephen lovely breckies , now that's more like it...Thanks. Shelly you don't walk SLOW you have to walk FAST ( power walking ) that's how you loose weight . dear o dear when will you learn ..LOL Got to see my dad today , his light bulb has gone in his kitchen , so a job to do after the dentist. So better get cracking.

	Morning everyone Lazy day today I didn't wake until just before 9:00 !!! Thankfully Little M is in nursery today. It is dull and overcast here at the moment. But I don't have to go out and hubby went to work at 5:00. Just saying there might be snow on the TV weather forecast . Hope they've got that wrong. Rita I am keeping you and Mike in my thoughts this morning. Well just going to make my cuppa and get some washing spinning around Have a good day everyone Linda :o) XxX

	morning mo and stephen its now 8am im all most ready mo for my walk and i do have a blister on both feet just under my big toe got to go have thing to do befor i leve see you all later when the rest of you are up and with it

I know I am up early, it's 6.15 a.m. Come on Stephen wheres the breakfast this morning, I get up early to partake in it, and it's not ready. Just to let you know Rita, you are in my thoughts ((((((((Hugs for you))))))) I hope Shelly is getting up soon, for her long slow walk to work. Don't forget your plasters mate. Hoping that Jean is getting all the rest she needs,to restore her energies so that she is well enough to caome to the meet soon. Maddie, Pat, Cath dont work to hard today. I will be thinking of you sitting here in front of my nice warm fire. It's very cold and windy outside, so make sure you all wrap up well. Linda have you got little one today. If it's as windy where you are, I can't see you being able to take her out today, you would both freeze. Pauline, I hope you are all well, Love to you and Brent. Marilyn, I hope you got a nice rest last night, and are feeling more like your old self, all bright and cheerful. Well, as theres no teas made, I will have to go and make myself one. 	Hi Shelly I'm here at the moment, but off soon . Been deleting loads of old e-mails tonight, it's worse than getting rid of real post,think you might still need some of it LOL Hope your feet are OK and not blistering, have you got plasters you can put in your purse just incase you need them tomorrow Linda :o) XxX

	am i the last again like stephen i pop in and you are all in bed mo yer im well looking foward to the walk in the morning but will leve earlyer so i can walk slower and in share i have a blister on the bottom of my feet and im to sceard to look well maybe i would have a look if i could get the dame foot up to see it lol MARILYN YOUR GETTING OLD LOL

	Going to bed .....I'm tired .....nighty night all. Don't mention I'm getting old ....because I am ..LOL Rita saying my prayers for Mike for good results tomorrow and I will pop into my Church for a candle to light, just hope its open. if not I'll light my own!!

	I'm here Mo. Was called away to help a Great Nephew with some plumbing problems. As usual the 'ten minutes job' takes hours. All done and dusted now though. I have the 'Angels'.....must say I think the Witch on the Broomstick is more fitting ROFL. I take it I'll be back on Breakfast duty tomorrow morning eh ? Don't know when I'll get around to reading all the backlog of postings. Time for Coffee and a relax. Back soon.

Keep up the good work mate, just think every step you take, you are burning up calories. Just make sure when you get home, cold and hungry, not to dip into the biscuit barrel. Pat I think Stephen has forgotten he is back with us, and can't find his way here. COME BACK STEPHEN, we misss ya.
