Anyway its my Pete' s birthday today. and we are doing nothing !!! LOL

But tomorrow out with son & family for cake & candles so Pete has got to go to the shops and choose his cake !! LOL hmm he doesn't know weather to get a spider man or Toy story character or a football one or whatever !!!

its raining here in Devon......not nice at all.

Off for me bath ......

morning everyone

Stephen we have high winds this morning black sky and high winds we were told we would get this. it isnt as cold as it has been.

Nothing much on today or tomorrow. not expecting any callers. so looks like I can do anything within reason. I hope everyone has a nice day today and a good weekend to you all.
glad you had a good evening yesterday . I agree schools need suport when they work so hard to raise funds.

Morning all
Just made some tea any one want a cuppa?

Just a bit of tidying to do, then wait for a Tesco's order............. never had one of those before.
Then down to the cooking no doubt as DIL will have to be at home this afternoon or the surprise will fall flat. Son is off go carting this morning.

Hubby is home all day today, so easier. His dental work is going well but he still has to go on Tuesday.

Might be absent til tomorrow.

Hello !

Been out at a Disco with the women in my life.

Mrs Stephen, daughter Kirsteen and my lovely wee lassies, Eilidh and Darcey.

Fund raiser for the School. The Teaching Staff work hard for the School and deserve all the support they can get.

The School is in a lovely old building and is located near to the Castle in Stirling.

Time for shower a bit of supper then bed.

The weather is terrible. High winds, Rain and Flooding. Hope it's better tomorrow.

I have been watching the" Island Parish". those priest have such a great sense of humour. I wish it was on longer than half an hour.they altered the clocks in this one and it was pitch black the fishing trawlers were coming back in the dark.

Marilyn I dont know why you cannot get a face. tell them you cannot see where you are going.and need eyes a nose and a mouth.and it is urgent.

I poped in to see how you were all getting along.? I am doing my Take a Break Crossword book and watching Tv at the same time.

Dermot thank you for the poem, very evocative and I could actually see as I was reading.

Just a bit concerned for Maddie too. Hope things get sorted.

Had a message from my cousin her hubby was having a cataract op on Tues, well has had complications. All day yesterday at Moorfields in London.............they live in Watford. Waiting for emergency op on Sunday(if they call). There is damage to the capsule that the eye is in and they are worried about his retina. Just something that sometimes happens,but rarely.

Oh well I'm only coughing but I'm Ok really
