The 1st states born in Preston Lancs might be a connection if his mother comes from that area.

I still think a lot of lies can be said on census , cant think any foreigners will give true answers do you ?

Talking of census.

The government wont get a true Idea of the British people as loads will be away on holiday , including my sister I will be home just in time,
So its not a true picture of folk and wont help genealogists in the future ...will it ?

Years gone by not many folk went away overseas......so its going to be hard tracing for our future kids ...

Well Yvonne has only got to type in the name and date of birth & place I gave her and she will get them both on census ...BINGO !!!

I have just realized that I havent been on here today....I have been a busy bee today.

Got a new piece of equipment.....a magnifying screen for my putter .its just a small square that with a press of a button ...like magic I can see small prints ..

You have all got your census then. I haven't. Rita said her sister had hers, and she is just literally up the road to me. Perhaps they will visit the slums later in the week. lol

Jean, my nephew has been having a really bad time of it. King's College hospital, have been doing tests on him, as he was not getting any better following his operation, chronic headaches.
They did the tests and are now saying that he did not have a cyst, but an abscess, that was caused by a badly decayed tooth.
I am totally confused by this. I didn't think a decayed tooth could cause an abscess in the area where he had his brain tumour. Unless this area has been weakened following the operation.
He has to stay in hospital for at least another four weeks, but he's hoping for a transfer to our local hospital. But he has to have the tooth out at Kings, before they will even consider releasing him, as they say the abscess will come back again otherwise.
He is on medication seven times a day, and has only had two days of any kind of normality since his op.

Lilly is getting along brilliantly. She now weighs 10lb 9oz. I am going with them both for Lilly's first injection soon. I will have to hold baby as S is afraid of needles. And S has to have her post natal check up on the same day.
Little minx has just started to focus properly, and chuckles away like a good un.
I hope your Scarlett is well, and being a good girl for her nanny.

Pat, it's good to hear you enjoyed your time at your sisters.
Was it the journey home that caused your headache.
