Mo,
Don't worry I'll wear my hat and gloves tomorrow!
Stephen. A 3 hour walk...............The steak pie dinner sounded nice.
I bet your granddaughters had great fun doing their cabaret.

Evening all,

My Grandad did some Bridge work and it's still standing after 110 years.

My Dentist did some Bridge work and it has only lasted 5 years.

£ for £ the Dentist built the most expensive Bridge.

What a great day with the Family. Out for a good walk for about three hours or so. Then our Steak Pie dinner. Washed down with Irn-Bru.
Entertainment from the Grandaughters doing a grand wee Cabaret With us all joining in the chorus. Magic

Passed a lot of 'Molar' hills when on our walk. ROFL.

Having a wee relax now. Catch you later.

Good evening all.

Marilyn, ex D.I.L, is a hairdresser by trade, and doesn't have much money to back her up.
So I am hoping and praying that they turn her down. I know it sounds mean, but I don't want to lose my grandchildren.
My grandson is nearly 12, and grandaughter is nearly 9.
I am sorry to hear the sad news,of your friend losing her husband. 48 years is a long time to have been together, and such a great loss for her.

Pat, if this weather turns before the end of the week, we will know who to blame. Get the hat and gloves out please, dont tempt fate. lol

Rita is there any further news on young Ryan.?

Maddie, all those hunky men walking around in their kilts, WOW, were you down on all fours looking for lose change.
The Molar thread sounds about right at the moment.
Marilyn had problems when she was away last time, Shelly has an abscess, and Stephen has broken choppers, and now our Rita as well. Good grief anyone know of a good dentist.

Shelly, I wont give you any pity, GET to the dentists tomorrow girl. You are suffering now, it can only get worse. Enough said.

Dermot, I come into all the catagories mentioned.

Linda thank goodness your friends OH is now improving. The bamboo is a devil to get rid, isn't it. My daughter has the Pampus grass, and has been trying to get rid of it for a while.

Oooh Yvonne, you were a greedy girl last night, as Pauline said, no wonder you felt ill afterwards.

Pauline, Jean has not been on here. I thought her scan was this monday, please dont tell me I have got it wrong again.
Lets hope and pray we hear from her soon.
Just checked, Jean was last on here on the 25th March, last Thursday.

For those of us interested in Family Trees, the following word might come in handy sometime:-

* Atmatertera = great-grandfather's grandmother's sister.

Write it down!

I thought you would want to know about this e-mail virus. Even the most advanced programs from Norton or McAfee cannot take care of this one.

It appears to affect those who were born prior to 1960.

Symptoms:

1. Causes you to send the same e-mail twice. Done that!

2. Causes you to send a blank e-mail! That too!

3. Causes you to send e-mail to the wrong person. Yep!

4. Causes you to send it back to the person who sent it to you. Aha!

5. Causes you to forget to attach the attachment. Well darn!

6. Causes you to hit "SEND" before you've finished. Oh , no - not again!

7. Causes you to hit "DELETE" instead of "SEND." I just hate that!

8. Causes you to hit "SEND" when you should "DELETE." Oh No!

It is called the "C-NILE VIRUS."

Hmmm..... Have I sent this to you already?

Hi All,

Mo.... don't worry about your grand kids emigrating it takes nearly two years to complete all the rigmarole of documents etc,,, Does she have a trade that Australia wants ? I have knowledge of this as I have two of my brothers daughters out there and another one just turned down because they don't want any more Hairdressers so has failed with the points system...
Its very expensive out there now compared to ten years ago as I was out there last year...I dont know how anyone from UK can survive. even my nieces agree with me.
You really have to be well off now to emigrate...

I have been gardening most of the day and even sat in the garden for lunch with a glass of ......WINE !!! gone off G&T for now ..LOL

Bad news ...my friends Hubby passed away while I was in USA ,she rang me last night had cancer and only lasted 2 months !! terrible ,I introduced her to him 48 yrs ago......so felt so sad for her. I'm going to fetch her next week for a natter,
