Hi Linda Thank you for the email I have noted it all down funny as out chemist had been a Moss chemist and we never had any trouble it was when they sold out three years ago we started having torubles. we do have a Lolyds chemist in Knapphill they were brough off the Co-op.
we have a large Boots store in Woking but they rent out space to Waitrose so they cannot be doing much either can they ?
It is lovely here the sun is out and it is warm. the men came and did the emergency lighting this morning they have finished our building and are doing the others next week.
Love Rita

Hi Rita I can only find the head office address, no regional offices seem to be listed now.
I will add it here but also send you an e-mail
I have read of many bad experiences by people on-line at Boots and think things have changed a lot since I worked for them More the shame !!!

Hi Rita I am so sorry you are still unwell and think that Boots have let you down badly !! I think you should try to write to Head Office or try to find out the regional office address and write to them, and really complain about the service NOT recieved.
I used to work for Boots moree than 30 years ago and was a trained dispenser for them for many years. They started to close all their smaller branches just leaving the bigger shops in towns. Then they took over Moss the chemists shops and that seems to be a mistake as they really are bad in your area.
You need a reliable local shop and are not having that at all.
I will investigate and see if I can find anything out for you.
It is a beautiful day here. Have been in the garden Hubby cut the grass this morning while I played with water and bubbles with little M.
Be back later

Hi everyone
I have had another day when I could pull my hair out infact I have a headache.
I told you about my three day course of a special anitibiotics I am taking 6 tablets in all 2 each day for three days.
The chemist had two and owed me four.they were going to deleiver this morning. nothing arrived so I phoned them. they will be with you at 12.30 I said I am suppose to take one in the morning and one in the evening and drink five bottles of water between. 12.30 they didnt arrive so I phoned them again, the box of medications have arrived and the staff where sorting them out from the box. ? I asked are mine there ? yes they are listed. will deleiver at 1. 30 ( you guest didnt arive )phoned again to be told we will send them over to you at 2 oclock. 2 o.clock came and went the old fellow upstairs went over and got them at 3 o'clock I have just taken one which should have been at 10 this morning. I had a headache and ear ache by then nervers were getting to me. This is service from a top chemist BOOTS. I said I am not going there again but it will mean I have to get a bus to the other chemist which is about a mile away. so I will infutre ask are these in your stock ? if not I will go to the other chemist.
No wonder shops are going broken My sister told me that HMV in Brentcross has closed and that was a nice big shop also there are two in Oxford street one of those has closed, it appears they are losing money. I heard this morning that M & S are having difficulties as well.

Hi all, it's nice and sunny here but still very windy, the washing was wrapped round the line about 3 times.
Rita, I hope you're feeling a bit better today - although it might take more than 2 tablets. I hope Boots manage to get the other 4 for you. Sounds like someone in that shop needs a good shake to wake them up.
Try not to think about Mike's results until after he gets them, you never know - it could be good news. He's got all of us sending positive thoughts and good wishes for him. I'll light a candle and keep my fingers crossed for Thursday.
Dermot, that's very sad.
Jean, my grandmother had horses and stables, she really loved her horses. She couldn't drive a car but she used to go everywhere on her horse and cart. She rode around in it until she was too old to climb up onto it.

Hello everyone, hope you all had a peaceful night. according to the weather forecast we are going to have 3 warm, sunny days, but as we all know forecasters can be wrong so will wait a while before putting washing out to dry. I do hope Rita will be feeling better today, she seems to have had a really bad year so far. Cath, the horse drawn caravans are Vardos, and yes they are usually painted in bright colours and the decoration on them is done with gold leaf. I have often thought about hiring one in Ireland for a holiday, there are several places who hire them out, and I have never been to Irelnd. Mo, I love it when babies start trying to talk, Scarlett can say 5 words, Dada, Nana, cat, Max [our cats name] and her favourite word, NO, she shakes her head when she says that. I have been told it is time I stopped travelling the roads, too old, and my health given as reasons, but guess what, I will stop travelling when I'm in a wooden box.
Breakfast anyone?
cereal, or fruit, bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms all on hotplate. toast, hot rolls or crumpets tea, coffee or juice, or mint tea for anyone who likes it.
Marilyn, Maddie, Patricia, Pauline, Linda, Shelly, Rita, Yvonne, Stephen and Dermot hope you are ok, hope I haven't forgotten anyone,
Have a good day everyone, take care and stay safe. Jean xx

Hi just a quickie the doctor phoned me and then came to see me at 1 oclock. she threw all my antibiotics out and gave me some new ones that I need only take two a day for three days.these are special. she also gave me some little tablets to stop me feeling so giddy and some sleeping tablets.I was in tears she gave me a cuddle.
The man upstairs took the perscriptions to the chemist he did his shopping then went back to Boots chemist where they handed him two tablets for me to be going on with the other four he gets tomorrow..I give up on that chemist.
I have been having emails from my son Mike he is in a state so depressed he is having some bad days. he goes to see the consultant thursday to see what his scan showed on his one good kidney. He said Mum if the results are not good then thats my life gone.
I felt like having a cry for him. he really needs a break now.I hope he gets good news.
hope everyone is Ok good night. Rita x

Phew !! Finally tracked down a birth, I've been searching for a year. Wretched man went by his second name and was born in India not Ireland. No wonder it took a while to find him. Just got to find his marriage now and I know that was in Ireland but not where. Hope everyone is well and we get news of Rita soon. Will say good night now as early start at work tomorrow,
Cath xx
