I haven't done much at all. OH is at work and son is in his room on playstation.

Just about to start preparing veg for dinner, lamb tonight

Quite a few pubs do brekkies now Pat and 'take away' roast dinners!

Afternoon everyone,
Just come back from seeing my friend Avril. I see the pub next door has started doing brekkies now on a Saturday for £2.95! The last time I went in this pub was 20 plus years ago. But brekkies from 10am should be ok and on 11th September they're doing a roast dinner! :-D :-D :-D
Just going to get my dinner now.

Agatha your sell it .just takes time. if some one wants it badly enough they will find a way to buy it. one of my houses was sold and the person who brought it took a loan out so when they sold theirs they paid it back not sure I think it was called a bridge loan ?

I have defrosted my Fridge/Freezer then went mad and emptied the linen out of the airing cupboard I have about five sheets to take over to the charity shop Monday or Tuesday.. and some duvet covers. I needed to make space.
The weather is nice its warm and sunny. tomorrow I have to do the washing I found three double sheets that I have not used for about five years so I am going to put those into the washing machine as well .

I will now have to make out a list of what food to buy to put into the freezer.

That is a problem when the other person has not sold , best to tell the Estate Agents you only need folk that's already sold !

Hello there everyone, people keep viewing the house but nobody has bought it yet, at his rate I will never be living at the seaside, alot of the viewers are waiting for theirs to sell aswell.
Still busy with the family tree, the upchurch family keep changing their ages on census, on one they are younger the next older.

Later this afternoon going on my friends boat for a drink ,just sitting in the Marina talking about the world with all the troubles !!

The sun is shinning ,but I can see a very dark grey could hovering above, so the washing stays in the machine.

Off to get lunch before I go out ...

Maddie we do have Emma.s in the family but I dont recall one from Shoreditch. do you have her parents name ? or her husbands . it might ring a bell. ?If it is one of mine I have a large tree of the LEE family.

there not my Lee's are they ? where did they come from. ? my Lee;s originated from Devon all parts but I have them in Scotland, wales, London Alesbury. Harrow. and The Isle of Sheppy. ..
Sorry to hear you husband isnt well. with the weather they way it is, its not surprising.?
I have started to defrost my Fridge/Freezer it is strange as I can hear ice dropping down into a bowl I have placed in the Freezer bottom along with towels. I took all the sheleving out and drawers and washed them, then I had to have a sit down.

Maddie my daughter phoned me this morning and she was saying when she has been shopping in Uxbridge the place has been empty she said they must all be on holiday. ? have a good day WORKING Maddie.

Rita the Crockers married Leathers and guess who they came from? Yes The Lee's !!! and we both know all about them don't we !!
So it won't be an easy line to trace and I already had 4 children with the wrong parents(Crockers this is) as I assumed one was born to a married couple, but it seems my sister found they were all born to a single Mum back in the early 1800's, glad they aren't direct descendants or my Dad would have a fit.

Hope to get the washing out as it has brightened a bit here.

I have a poorly husband he has a summer cold, sore throat, wheezing and coughing too much. So is feeling very sorry for himself, but he rarely suffers and never usually moans. So he had better keep it to himself.

another grey day here but allegedly going to improve as the day goes on. I have a huge pile of washing to go out so hope it doesn't rain. Going out for lunch with my brother and sister in law, its her birthday.
I think we are all missing Stevey. Seems like he's been gone for ages.
Rita sometimes its good to have a break from searching and come back looking at everything with a clear head. I am working on my OH's family at the moment as I had reached screaming point with mine.

Linda what a lovely name to trace Crocker . I should not think there are as many of those about as Smiths or Browns lol.
I have laid to rest my family research for the time being. when you cannot find a couple of people I E my Absalom from Devon and the marriage of my Great Great Grandparent from Scotland then it is time to give it a break and come back with a clear head.(if there is such a thing )

Pat I hope you enjoyed your day out. I wish I could get out more, you get stale stuck indoors day in and day out.

It is overcast at the moment I am going to defrost my fridge/freezer today as I have eaten all the food and I have made a list I am going to clear out cupboards and drawers and get rid of alot of stuff; I dont want my children to have to do that when I go. so that is for the next couple of weeks. I wonder if I will keep that promise ?

Everyone must have had an early night and then overslept this morning??
Well it is overcast again, but I have the sheets in washing now, sure to make it rain.
Might try to do some paper work this morning, or if it stays dry mor gardening before the green compost recycling comes tomorrow.
Then I might go on a hunt for my cousins Crocker family as my sister seems to have got into a muddle with them.

Went into Wokingham got some fruit and veg in the market and a cooked chicken for dinner, today and tomorrow.
When hubby went to work I did some gardening.
Then I have been researching for a cousin, need to pull it all together now and send it off to her, hubby's family.
Then I had a really long chat to my sister. Both hubbies at work.
Soon be off to bed sleep well everyone

I have read your bits on the thread. that headstone was sad with the children Shelly. where did you find that ? did someone take the photo and give it to you. or was it one of yours. ?

I think Stephen must have been away two weeks now ? if so he should be back in a weeks time, as I thought he said he was going for three weeks
