well Stephen at least they answered your email. it was said before it was due to the size of our thread.
I got on striaght away this moment before I have had terrible problems

My sister has just gone home we had a lovely day together. talked about everything. even where to go for how holidays next year.

Downton Abbey Drama finished on Sunday on ITV I got that on D VD this morning. I had ordered it in advance. I can watch it without adverts lol.

I watched the programme "The Choir " last night it was made up of the wives of service men serving in Afganistan. it was such a nice programme I was in tears at the end.We tend to forget these brave women when their men are serving abroad.what they must be going through.

Well done Stephen for notifying GR, I wonder if they actually know what the problem is as they don't seem in any hurry to sort it out.
OH is ok, miserable but ok ;-) I will have to take very good care of him and make sure he eats properly. Tonights offering is homemade lentil and bacon soup which at the moment is making my mouth water.
Grandson has fallen asleep so I will put my feet up for a while until its time for the school run.

Stephen I am pleased you emailed GR many people are really getting fed up with the GR site. I think more and more people are going elsewhere.It is such a shame, I cannot understand why they cannot get it right. ?

Can anyone answer this for me please. I am already Digital we were one of the first to go on to Digital (not sure I like it much as you get mosaic patteren every now and again accur) I dont have sky. I do have a digital box. and someone has told me I will need to get that re-ajusted ? is that right ?

I have to do my breakfast now and do a few jobs before my sister arrives

OH not very well at the moment, has an irregular heartbeat which is causing problems. Doctor thinks its connected to his diabetes as his blood sugar levels are through the roof and not coming down even though his tablet dosage has been doubled. He has to take an aspirin a day as well now. :-(

Hello all, it has just taken me almost an hour to get on here, both GR and this thread. I sent an email to GR yesterday, the reply came this afternoon, advising me of 3 things to try with my computer, not admitting that there is anything wrong with the site. I would have thought with all the members who are having problems they would by now have at least admitted the fault lies with them.

Stephen my son told me off for not telling him I needed the gas boiler clock altered when he was here on Saturday He said Mother get a small book and write down the jobs you need doing so when one of us come to you we can do the jobs.,
I normal write them down on a peice of paper. I forgot this week.

Hi all, been a bit damp here today............ not raining - just damp, the washing was still wet after being on the line all day. I'll have to dry it all in the drier.

Jean, that was a terrible thing to happen to your friend's horses, she must be in a state. I hope they catch the idiot who did it.

Have you noticed the numbers at the top of the page is still only reading 140 that is the only number that is appeariong I wonder why.

I had a sleepless night last night I dropped off at 6 oclock and was awake at 7 so made a cup of tea and went back to bed hoping I would go off to sleep but no such luck. so I have been walking about like a sombe. I tried to get half hours sleep this afternnoon but I am too tired to sleep now.
I did manage to do the washing then went out and did some shopping as my sister is coming to morrow for the day.

I have now put my heating on, the first time this year ,. but I started shivering with the cold. and as I had not altered the boilers clock (not sure how to do it. ) I pushed the over ride button) and the radiators are boiling hot now so I will have to turn them done soon.
but it is lovely and warm.

Hello Marilyn hope you are having a good time. the sun you whooshed over hasn't arrived, it's very grey and damp here.

Jean how terrible for your neighbour, so frightening. I hope they catch whoever did it. There was anasty incident near my yard on Friday, an old Shetland pony was attacted by dogs and the poor thing had to be put down because of the injuries
