Hi everybody, I've had a bad start to the day, think I've broken everything I've touched. It started with the vacuum cleaner, I knocked it over and smashed the handle off it, dropped the iron onto a cup and plate. Then things went downhill from there...........LOL

I seem to be running around and getting nowhere, so I've decided to sit down for a while before I break anything else.

Well I had two visitors for tea and chat this morning. So dashed to the local shops for more milk and some scones no time to make them.

More research done.

Have another interview tomorrow, a 1 yr old little girl to start in January, keep fingers crossed for me. Three days a week so would fit in nicely with the little one I already have.

Off to do the ironing now

Hi all my sister has been here all day she left at 6 oclock she has two buses and a train to get home the same as getting here. this morning she said they were all on time so she arrive half an hour early my did we natter. all afternoon.

I banged my hand last night as I was going to bed not hard but my hand has gone red and is swollen the first two fingers on my right hand are sore my sister said how did you managed to do that .? it is not so painfull at the moment so I pray it is getting better. I dont want to have to go to A & E.

Mo how many children have you had then ? like you my parents never spoke about sex to me I thought if I kissed someone I would have a baby.until my Dads sister told me .

Linda I will think of you and make a wish you get the little girl. I am sure once they meet you they will know your the right person . good luck.

Pauline I was more interested in my dancing and roller skating than boys. I went out with them but never serious
till I was 18 then I met someone got engaged he was in the Merchant Navy but I married someone in the Army. I did have a regular Partner when I did the roller skating as it was dancing on rollers. so you needed the same person
Marilyn that must have given you a sore leg if you used the copper threepenny bit they were quiet big.
I used the silver ones smaller then the one penny piece we have now mind you have have used a shirt button before if I had no sixpenny bit.

I have poped back on as I looked to see if my sister Sheila had arrived home she has she got home at 8 tonight she left here at 6 so that was good going she lives at Hampstead Heath
so I thought I would take a quick look at my threads listing glad I did pop back. I thought you must have had about 8 children when I read your bit on the thread. my mother and father had three the first still born a son then myself and then my sister 6 years younger than me I had my daughter . then two boys.
my Gt Grandfaher had 14 I thought you were going to say you had that amount she says with a smile.
My late husband was the eldest son of 8 children 3 boys and 5 girls
Marylin has gone to Shewbury has.nt she ? I hope the weather stays nice for her.
I know what you mean about a knock and you forget you have had it and find a bruise the next day. my Knuckle I didnt know I had hit it that much there is a bruise on my finger and a little lower down but my knucle near my thumb is the bit that is swollen.
I said to Sheila I know now wht my family called me calamity Jane.

well I mo going to have a cup of Horlicks and go to bed I feel tired now. I have to go to the foot care clinic tomorrow so I can then wear my ballet shoes and do some of that on the bar.tip toeing.

mo i was one of the lucky ones i dident get them big train track or the map of the world on my belly and i dident have stiches with eny of them my midwife was very pleased with me

Morning all

I didnt do my hand doing housework I was opening a can of beans and as I pulled the draw out I bumped my knucle on the nob of the drawer It hurts MORE TODAY THAN YESTERDAY I am typing with one hand I have taken a couple of co-proximal so hopefully it will feel better later.

If i was in cotton wool Mo I would still find somewhere to hurt myself. big and clumsie am I,
Shelly it must have been hard work with all those children but it must have brought a lot of happeniness with iot.same with you mO.
I am up before all the others cannot name them I am logging off now give my hand a chance to rest.

Done the ironing . just put on another wash. So more ironing later.

Bit brighter here today, but the forecast is for it to get cooler at the end of the week.

I have tried typing with my other hand it is the right I have hurt it is strapped up now. I am able to use both hands on most things. lucky for me but I tired putting the mouse the other side and I got in such a mess I kept getting little notices coming up.

Hopefully it wont be so sore for long.
anyway what are you up to this week ? anything exciting ?

well time for a little rest. I have to go out at 11 as I have a foot cllinic appointment and have to get a bus for that. I hope I dont get the same driver I had before who stops 1/2 mile away from the curb as I am not sure how I will beab le to hold on to the rail and pull myself on.
