I'm sure there are many who are on their own for whatever reason, others too like me to chat to.

I don't drive, am lucky as there's a train station 5 mins from my house, yet still a long journey to visit my friends. Only 20 mins from London though.

Am so luvin Kew, I can go there too on the underground from Barking, only a few stops from my station.

Just thinking, could put a thread up, where do you live or want to make friends, meet for a coffee, friendship or something. Will think about it.

Just putting my ironing board up ... oh the joys of being a woman, am coming back as a man next time! No, there are men too who multi-task, just joking.

Just had the most dreadful wave feeling so ill followed by a migraine attack ... should have recognised the 'aura', tis caused by being on this new layout.

Taken migraine tablets, trying to work through it. Just wish GR would listen.

Just been doing veg as making a beef stew.son come so he cut vg up for me. Just got to make dumpin now.

Hello everyone it's me, am feeling a bit better today and have just done some ironing, I still have to have the tissue box handy mind, and can sneeze for England, but I have stopped feeling dizzy etc. Thanks for taking care of me all of you, all the nice messages perked me up and hope we can have some fun soon.

Suddenly felt really really nauseous on here then a migraine, have taken some tablets. I try to work through it if I can, this is caused by the colours, got rid of the flashing ads thank goodness.

Hya Hazel, how are you now, I am feeling better but still not 100% but after doing the ironing (well a bit of it,it's still climbing up the wall in the spare bedroom), I've had a relapse so I'm gonna go put the dinner on and then hot bath and then try to catch up with you all this evening.

Dear shimms,
If your headache doesn't get any better, log off for a while and have a break, maybe you could try a pair of sunglasses to see if ithelps with the colour, mine's not too bad, its black on dark blue and green so doesn't give me a bad head.
You could be 'Shimms in out of season but very smart Christmas sunglasses'
