Some of you may remember my thread about my daughter. Her partner is 18 years older than her. She's 25, he's 43. They have just got engaged and have bought a house together, and seem very happy.
They were friends for 2 years before they became partners, maybe that makes a difference?

That's exactly how I saw Anna Nicole Smith's relationship, Sue and good on both of them.

Rox, as you know there's fifteen years between us and it doesn't affect our relationship at all.

There is no such thing as an age gap, it's like minds that gel, be you 66 or 27 one can overcome the physical thing of age. keeps you young too.

You can always rely on your friends to kick your weak spots, Pat. You know I am dreading 35.

Uggers

Uggers Report 7 Nov 2008 22:43

Rose, are you going to enlighten us about the length of the age gap?

Rambling

Rambling Report 7 Nov 2008 22:44

I found a big age gap when I was researching my tree

my G.G.Grandfathers second wife was 35 years younger than him ( born the same year as my G.Grandmother as it happens ) he was 72 and she 37 when they married.........bet the family didn't approve of that.......and bang went the family fortune....lol
