Yeah, it's the add that him from Madness does. But I did it before they did LOL It all started when I was going to have burgers but then discovered I'd got the wrong burgers (they were garlic and herbs - ick), so I had buns and had to improvise with something to put in them.

He uses a packet mix, Ros but I think you add tinned chopped tomatos, tuna and we use the pasta spirals. Then when it's cooked in the sauce in the pan it goes in a dish, covered with broken crisps and topped with cheese under the grill for a bit.

Ann

Duchess are just mashed potatoes then in an icing bag with big tube and piped into piles and then baked in oven till outside is crispy.

Fish pie
cook white fish in milk.
make cheese sauce with milk from cooking fish.
flake fish, add prawns and chopped mushrooms to cheese sauce into dish and put grated cheese on top and cook in oven.

hubby likes mussels put in his so just buy cooked ones from tesco and add to his bit.

No set amounts just what every you have and how ever much you want, dont beleive in making my life hard lol

Thanks Dawnie ~~~~waves to BC~~~~

Mmm like the sounds of the pumpkins seeds on top - they are lovely just by themselves.

I might have to have a go at making one. Although I hear that the pumpkins are not very good this year.

Men !! My OH thinks that if he puts in half a bottle of bleach in the loo its going to do a better job, same with washing up liquid - I have resorted in the past to watering them down!! PMSL.

its not too sweet and has a nice amount of spice in it and this time hes put pumpkin seeds on the top so they give a nice nutty flavour.

warn you though coffee ice cream is a strong one so wont need much of it (blame the other half he made it)
