Obviously Stephen will be on my mind and no doubt laughing his head off when he realises how scared I am doing this in his name! But I'll also be thinking of Richard.... plus many other young lives that haven't touched mine but still deserve remembering!! xx

	Diana, for Richard and Stephen you are their hero, and also mine, can guess how frightened you are, but hey, what a brilliant star, so very brave, Diana, I will never be able to thank you enough, you have most certainly helped me put Stephen and SADS on the map, and believe it or not, Sunday a church service is being held for those that died the same area as my Boy, bless you and a 100000000000000 thank yous XX..

	Lots of luck Diana, a young lad died last week after playing football, probably SADS related, also a chap in his 30s again playing football, and my friend is raising money for a defibrillator for her doctor's surgery in memory of her son who died aged 17, ten years ago, after playing football so I can relate to the cause in many ways. I am sure Stephen and Richard will help you down gently, and you will come away with a big smile on your face, cos you will have felt your Dad hugging you too. Lizxx
