Nah, I'm fine when I'm on my pillow, it's when I get up off it LOL.

My eye has cleared up but I'm sleepy enough to go back to bed PMSL (only been up 3 hours)

Could it be your pillow that's got somethign to do with it? Allergy of some kind.

If it lasted then I'd agree, but I get it quite often if I haven't been able to get the sleep grit out of it when I wake up. I'm not a waking up kind of person... I sneeze for at least 15 minutes...sometimes more and my nose runs almost continuously (it stops in my sleep though) LOL

Cotton wool and cooled boiled water.
I thought the same as Sally,sticky itchy eyes with gunge usually is an infection.

It'll clear up on its own shortly, Marion, it's just annoying until it does. :-)

Go to the chemist SS, you got to be carefull with your eyes.

Don't think so... more like sleepyitis. PMSL We joke that I'm actually allergic to myself...if I don't get all the sleep out when I wake up then it goes like this.

Probably doesn't help that I've no hot water to wash my face properly. My boiler went on me yesterday and the guy didn't have the part...was meant to call this morning but he never (probably forgot) but I figure he would have called if he'd had the part.

Sounds nasty. Is it conjunctivitis?

It's gorgeous here in Norfolk. I've got every bit of clothing that I could find that needed a wash on the line!

It is not raining in Glasgow ..... yet so I am smiling.

I've got a good excuse to sit here today. We have had a parking area made beside house. It was concreted yesterday so I'm keeping an eye on in incase somebody goes over it.
Besides if I want to go out I have to climb up a pair of steps...then walk the plank.

I am enjoying the sunshine.Dug out summer top and shorts!Hope I don't get any visitors cos me in shorts is not a pretty sight.!!! Had to shave my legs first though!

Marion I cannot have Christmas chocolate in the house unless OH hides it on me - its always opened!

Trouble is you will probably eat more calories now not eating the chocolates than if you did open a tin (not that I am encouraging you or anything). But you will be looking around for something else in a minute I hazard a guess lol

I'm sitting here eating Belgian cooking chocolate...I've got the munchies and thats all i could find,other than two tins of roses i bought for xmas.Thought I better not open them :))

Hello I am here but about to sign off. The site is very slow and I have HW to do and I should really get dressed as its gone past the noon hour but might have a cup of tea first before tackling any of the above mentioned tasks lol
