Oh.. I won a Charlie Blue gift set on a tombola. No idea who to give it to. Now if someone buys me smellies I go into a shop and try a tester rather than opening the packaging so that if it's no good, I can pass it on to someone else. I think I get it from my mum - the woman who can make even the best perfume smell like cat pee (it's a pheromone thing, I think).

See Stray, problem with that is *I* hate to receive perfume/smellies (I'm so funny with allergies/sensitivity - the more expensive the more likely to burn my skin LOL - I'm so cheap) so I don't like to buy them for others. Might go with toys or clothes *ponders*.

This week I've bought pressies for two children, so they're all sorted (one niece & other is friends daughter) the girls seem easy to buy for this year, it's the boys I'm struggling with, but then they're at awkward ages. This is the first year I've started so early but I need to spread the buying or I'll not be able to afford it this year. Oh and Adults are a pain in the bum to buy for... every year I swear I'm gonna buy them toys the following year...maybe I should do just that this year *hmms*

We had hoped my parents house would have sold buy now, but the market just isn't moving thanks to the media starting the scare tactics a year ago.

I love hearing the xmas songs. I have been known to play my xmas cd any times of year. Family think I'm nuts ;~)))

We've just started practising Chrimbo music at band! I love it. And Marion we play a version of the Slade song. It goes down very well at our Christmas concerts.

I went out today and bought a few bits in the sale to put away for the girls for Christmas........to spread the cost out a bit.........there's some good bargains out there at the mo I agree Stray .........glad you had a good one ! xx
