I love all types of books but my favourite has just got to be "The Colour Purple"

Also lord of the Rings is a great, great book. One of the finest ever written in my opinion.

I am reading Tess of the d'Urbevilles. The TV programme gave me inspiration to read it as I have it in my extensive library. Its very *adult* for me, I usually enjoy Harry Potter lol

I loved Jane Eyre, That's one of my all time faves. Didn't think much to wuthering heights, I just wanted to give catherine Earnshaw a sharp slap.

Angela - I have never read Hardy before but I have his complete collection. Will have to read a few more. As yet I have not finished Tess so will have to see what happens to her.

Just finished reading Gypsy by Lesley Pearse.

Really enjoyed it..........in fact couldn`t put it down.
