If it has a diagonal line from top right to bottom left, it signifies it is meant as a Zero/Nought ..............

believe me i have every faith that my definition was correct lol

but i have no knowledge of greek so i couldn't be sure there wasn't a more superior or plausable definition lolol

Bev..... 0 with a angular line through it is zero.
an Omega is an 0 with a little gap at the bottom and what looks like an L on either side of the gap with the foot of the L pointing opposite ways.
sorry cant draw it for you on here and the alt codes do not work on here either.
If you look on the alt codes it is number 234.

Do you mean Ø or ø its a Norwegian Danish and Icelandic letter along with Æ and æ or Å and å

If it helps at all the O with a line vertically is the letter in the Greek and Russian alphabets which are the same sound as our F.
