We got married to the strains of The Wheels on the Bus go round and round.

We christened our son then followed that service with the wedding service. Baby wouldn't stop crying so his Godmother took him next door to the tea room and was pacing up and down singing to him.

Later she asked panic stricken if anyone had heard her.

Noooooooo we said, fingers crossed behind our backs lol

Only the whole church full as she is a rather loud singer. The vicar couldn't keep her face straight during the service lol

Way to go Sue!! At post natal clinic they called my name and I took a time to stand up to respond. Why? Because I was feeding my daughter - and they hadn't realised!! They kept on tutting at me when I told them!!

Eldest daughter got a job as the ward secretary in the maternity unit- she was 6 months pregnant and quite big at the time and no-one realised!! When she was 8 months pregnant a consultant asked her if she needed to lose weight or pregnant!!!

Our kids always knew! They had OH's surname anyway. I just objected to the snooty woman at the registry office.

At post natal clinic they would insist on calling me Mrs M******* in loud voices to which they got a reply that it was not my name and they didn't have to lie in order to save me embarassment cos I didn't care.

They are hun and I have to say they did take away my nerves with their antics.

Though I think some of the older guests were a bit shocked at the reception to see the bride running round playing footie and having a go on the bouncy castle I got to keep the kids entertained lol

I got married in a wine and grey indian cotton dress (it hid the 'bump' quite well LOL) though I would have preferred the black indian cotton dress I already had - but had to buy something 'special' for the day!!

Eldest 'sussed' us when she was about 11 and got hold of her birth certificate!!!

Dunno wot idiot thought it was a good idea to give them sweets to be quiet during the service!

lol

when we had the interview prior to booking the miserable bag said "no children allowed in the marriage room".

I said that makes life a bit difficult cos we have two little B*********s that we would like to legitimise and if they are not there neither are we!

Should have seen the look on her face :-)))
