Had tripe when a kid, my aunty up in Edinburgh used to do it, cooked for 8 hrs. in milk & onions. Could'nt eat it it now. |

I have to admit I have had veal - once - in France and would never have eaten it had I known at the time what it was. I wouldn't eat dog, but have eaten horse and donkey - again in France. Love snails. Otherwise I will try anything - even 'natural' fois gras - where the geese stuff themselves!! |

Terry,please tell me about ackee and callaloo.I went to Peckham once and saw fruit and veg in a shop that I would have liked to have tried but didn't know what they were. |
