My all time favourite has to be Pride & Prejudice,I first read it for my "O" level in 1969. Lost count of the number of times I've read it since and this thread has reminded me to dig it out because I don't think I have read it since the Millenium. |

I read and re-read Cold Comfort Farm and was then delighted to find it was a set book for A-level when I came to do it very late.Nobody else was very taken with it but I hated the other set book which was 1984. |
