	Thanks Eldrick for that tip. The recipe I have recons 20 litres should provide ample supply for a year's worth of drinking for a family of four. Well, there is only me that will drink it, so that is 4 years worth. Err nope, think not, more like a months worth or less.

	yes Eldrick,thank you, that is what I meant, as you dont use the fruit do you, just the flowers. I havent done it before, but have got the trees in the back. Is it worth doing? Have got the recipe and stuff, any tips you can give as I will start it soon.

	what anagrams? No good at them, get confused! lol As for sloe gin, have 2 bottles in my drinks cupboard. Sloes freshly picked across the road from me, last years supply! Gonna try Elderberry champagne this year as have loads that will sprout in the back garden soon.
