No real tips, just follow the recipe. Oh - store it somewhere where it cant do any damage if it blows the cork - so to speak.

Eldrick, are you in fact Hugh Fearnley Wittingstall?
He lives in the country, shoots his own food, makes elderflower champers etc. The resemblence really is uncanny.

Thanks Eldrick for that tip. The recipe I have recons
20 litres should provide ample supply for a year's worth of drinking for a family of four. Well, there is only me that will drink it, so that is 4 years worth. Err nope, think not, more like a months worth or less.
