	Do many still use lard for frying in ,,like chips and egg,,, I love home made chips cooked in lard,,,and eggs just dont taste the same in oil,

	I dont know caz,,,but it cooks chips better than oil,,not so healthy like but worth indulging now &again,, my mum dont use nothing else and shes now in 91st year,bless her,,,,,,,

	I haven't used it for years. I know when I did, the pan chips were cooked in had to be left for the next time with this great white thing lurking in the bottom. xx
