They stock lots of different makes, do swim suits as well and they are excellent
- I wear their Fantasie range and you can buy them in House of Fraser and Debenhams

Carole, Bhs do measuring as well and we have a nice range upto FF cup. For my everyday bra's I buy ours, but if I want something really pretty I go to Camille, they also have a good range and do measuring as well.
I never wore underwired ones until 3 years ago and someone said that because of my size (42 FF) they would be better for me and give me a definate shape. Well I went and brought one and the difference it made was amazing and now I wouldn't go back to the other type.

Take them back and swop them - if the wires are digging in under your arms they simply are fitting you correctly.

I supposedly had a fitting a few years back in M and S - and as someone else said it was a case of trying some on and the assistant saying "That looks ok" LOL, hardly rocket science then.

To think, when I was a youngster and 34A I dreamt of bigger boobs and now Im 38D and I wish I was 34A again :)

Years ago when I was a very small DD, I put an underwired in the washing machine. The wire came out & it took an engineer to find it down in the bowels of the machine after it clanged every time the machine was used.............I now handwash

I hate underwires and swear by Triumph Doreen.They stop the big awkward things from travelling about.

by the way girls - never envy anyone with a large bust - you wouldn't want one believe me - for years and years I could never get a bra to fit, imagine putting double J's like I have into a C or D which used to be the largest cup size!! I have had the most disgusting and obscene remarks made to me by men I didn't even know, and numerous men I worked with never looked me in the eye when we had a conversation!! Also I have deep ruts in my shoulders from years of wearing bras which were not underwired. Also a large bust defines what you wear in many cases - my bottom half is size 12/14 - top size around 18 - not good

What an uplifting thread.
I can see I will have to come to England again and see if I can get some bras that uplift me. If I shorten the straps, as soon as I let go the bra shoots up at the back as gravity takes its effect in the front.
