lol....memory lane eh?!...yeah I wasnt a "Durrany"...or "Adam Ant " follower..I was alternative..loved the Human League/Gary Numan thing!..Blusher was my thing..and you could see me coming miles away..took me ages putting make up on..takes me 5 mins now!

I was hoping to have an 80s theme yes Angel Joy..but more toned down..As you know theres a lot of 80s fashion out there..so was thinking going down that route...big ear rings..lotsa hairspray!..and eye liner!....My fav Band of 80s was Ultravox...!..dont think I will be wearing a moustache!

Ummmm I was thinking of having ...

Michael Jackson.."Thriller"..to be played prior to buffet being served...has a bit more "edge" to it!

Now humming to myself.."I was born under a wandering star"...see your sentiment there Eldrick..

Oh yes, they were 70's....its an age thing. Sorry.

Well, anyway, some things are just timeless classics.

One particularly favourite song of mine was called 'Wandering Star' from a film called Paint your Wagon. That was really good and would be a worthy addition to any discotheque, probably just before the buffet was announced.

Have just put a deposit on a lovely venue for my 40th Birthday in July...I want a disco specifically that will play 80s..music..(as my era)..lol

Any ideas anyone for songs that you remember from the 80s..
