I think u need to go into the ablutive registry and discordinate the co-aspinal archived read-only matrix.

Then once thats done, re-instal the fractional dispersion text file and click on 'edit' and you are done.

Morning Susan... I am sooooo frustrated... *points up* I have even spelt my name wrong!

Yes, I had it for Christmas, so it has been loaded on since December... there were lots of upgrades on everything..hp (my printer and puter are hp) Microsoft, and Kaspersky... all of a sudden, I got these messages coming through.. I have been on the website on my laptop to see if I can sort it out, but there isn't anything, well, nothing a numpty like me can understand or is brave enough to attempt, lol

But all the upgrades were absolutely fine on my laptop... which makes me wonder if it is a Vista thing!!

Grrrrrr Grrrrrr and treble Grrrrrr!!

Has this Kaspersky worked on your Vista before...or is it a new install?

file Anti Virus
Mail Anti virus
Web Anti Virus...

and then this is the message I get

databases that application uses are invalid- in particular your computer can be damaged because of incorrect updat. You are advised to update databases or rollback.



But... it won't let me do it!!

I have Kaspersky valid for 3 computers... I have completed all the updated downloads successfully on my laptop.. the problem I am having is with my pc... which is what I prefer to use.

My pc is Vista, laptop xp

My pc won't let me do any scans at all.. just keeps telling me there is an error.

I am tempted to uninstall Kaspersky, and then re-install it... would this work ok??? I have been playing with it since yesterday, and am at the chucking-it-out-the window stage, lol... by the way, the destruction might just as well be written in hieroglyphics, lol.... I never can understand what they say until I have made the mistake a few times, lol!

If anyone can shed some light, I would be most grateful.... please!
