yes Chris...nurses tend to talk about the most private things in a "matter of fact" way...coping mechanism maybe?..dont know..but I agree never a dull moment!..and Teiwaz...I think anything government run makes you that way..dont worry summer on the way....!

You'd do well in the CS - we all end up cynical and hard bitten. Oh well, it's only a life sentence! Think the weather is affecting me - grey and depressing.

lillyD i have 2 sister in laws both nurses at a family get together last week they were debating the best to deal with was it respitory ( and all that brings) or bowels
weird conversation!
but i certainly admire what you do never a dull moment

EWwwwweh!...I couldnt do the civil servant job!..no offence...nursing is a vocation..I went into it to help people..near 20 yrs later...I am the most sarcastic cynical person around..dont bat an eyelid..nothing shocks me..!

Civil servant - benefits officer Gawd help me! My mother-in-law was a nurse and my sister-in-law was a midwife (now retired). Great job you do.

well...One might think this thread could be about life after death..but alas No!!...I have been way for a few days...working mostly..shifts..nights..long days..and have not got a chane to come here..Am I one of the few that are working?!...
