Hi ..... Your amazing ! Just when I think I am exhausted I get to hear about this thread... Yes today has been hard... he decided to rip open the main scar.... If your eating don't read ! LOL
Blood everywhere and a right mess... he now has a big hole in the top of his back again... but the one on the rib scar (where they took them out to "paste" them for the cement on the main scar) is looking good x
Billy has decided he is not eating today but he is drinking...... so as they say... tomorrow is another day !
Colin u did well..... I understand your predicament and I wish I had time to chat with everyone x I cannot thank you all enough x I just want you ALL to know how much your support mean's x x Well my little man is waking !!! Could be a long night !

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed
he was walking along the beach with the LORD.

Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene he noticed two sets of
footprints in the sand: one belonging
to him, and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.



He noticed that many times along the path of
his life there was only one set of footprints.

He also noticed that it happened at the very
lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he
questioned the LORD about it:

"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow
you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life,
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when
I needed you most you would leave me."



The LORD replied:

"My son, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."

Been there too. Me included, when broke my ankle, little toe, hand and wrist friend took me out shopping. Went to buy top for my son:

a) Couldn't see person at till - only wood in front
b) Cashier spoke to my friend who said, "Excuse
me, my friend is down there!"
c) I said, "Hellooo ...ooo, where are you?" Made
her acknowledge me, had bit of laugh after that.

So wrong!

We have Abuse in Care Homes thread, started off as that now open to all. Carers/nurses, (all lovely), people with probs - should come on there hun.

Bill still not at all well but ate something yesterday. Julie (amazing lady, wonderful mum) is so tired bless, but jumps for joy that Bill is eating. Well, for the moment anyway.
