Last day at work, and I'm not doing an awful lot. Bought cakes for everybody, and feeling very happy:-)

for the first two weeks you will feel like you are holiday then when the Monday comes around it will hit you that you dont have to go back to work.
I then started doing all those jobs that were lined up like spring cleaning ALL the kitchen cupboards so that the whole kitchen was clean at one time and throwing out food from the larder cupboard that was way out of date.

Novelty soon wore off tho when I realised I could take my time and relax cos todays dust could be zapped tomorrow and once it was gone it was gone no matter if it was a few days old lol.

Then its just pottering around and doing things at your leisure and then finding out how did you EVER find time to go out to work. Miss the guys and gals but not the London commuting from Kent

So welcome to the club. ENJOY!!!

I will be on hols for the first month. We are off to France next Wednesday and don't come back until 30th June.

After that I plan to spend some time getting the garden looking more presentable, looking after my poor neglected houseplants, maybe a bit of housework for good measure, and best of all, I can go to Cornwall Records Office whenever I want to :-)
