I remember the chewy thing, didn't work for me mind you I am a bit of a pig lol haven't tried adios but the advert gets on my nerves.

There was a chewy thing called ayds/aids years ago. The idea was you had one with your drink and by the time you got through it you werent so hungry. abt 30 calories per sweet.

Hi Marion,I havent tried it but I believe its just to get rid of excess water.
If you retain water,then it could help.
