Well after a delayed start we finally set off at 11.45pm. Crossed the finish at 7.08 this morning. Feeling ever so tired but really enjoyed myself and the atmosphere was great.
Thanks for all your best wishes.

Nudging this because it is far more important than all the squabbling going on at the moment.

Well done Elaine, you beat me! I also set off at 11.40 in the end (don't ask) but just managed to finish at 8.40 which was about 2 hours longer than planned. My feet were killing me about half way through but thank goodness for all night petrol stations, I was able to buy some nurafen and that got me through. Just had a couple of hours nap and now off out to the theatre with my youngest.
It was a great experience but not sure if I'd do it again - ask me in a few days!

WELL DONE ELAINE & CAROLYN

If I could magic a spell to take away your aching feet etc would do so for you. I hope you have managed to raise lots of funds.

Very well done indeed.
