Anne, I used the seeds, sunflower, linseeds and pumpkin and chopped them before adding to cereal and they were lovely. Best done freshly each time and try not to buy ready chopped ones as they have already lost some goodness. Many cereals already have these seeds in already as does the bread but the linseeds are left whole in those. |
