Oh my word, lower back, numbness top of spine!

Caz, (passes tissue), I work full long, find myself on here before I go, when I get home! The house!

Mind you, son moving out (even when here, he's not if you know what I mean, always in his room), OH works away all time, if lucky might see him Fri pm-Sun l'time, so GR has been brill for me.

yes i'm addicted, now i can understand my teenage daughter chatting away all night on msn
its so enjoyable, but it does get you in the neck, shoulders, back and bum!
