Jenny, I'm disabled so would greatly appreciate it if you could look into access/parking that way. I use a stick most of the time but sometimes a wheelchair. Mum will have to drop me off and pick me up.

Cheers x

Ok Ann that great. Grace is on the phone at the mo. Liz is getting back to me once she has spoken to her parents. Then I shall put a thread up with all the details.
We are hoping we can get some more members interested, even though it is short notice.

See you next week.

Hi guys, oh wow am excited about this. Looks like the 1st which is Thursday for the mini-meet and parents and I were looking at Wednesday for the granddad search. No certs needed but we're looking for info on him from when he was staying in Simpson's Hotel in Wallsend.

Jenny, will reply in pm.

Flat is coming together nicely, just got a bunch more stuff out of storage (all my books and cd's etc) I hadn't realised how much I have but it's fitting in surprisingly well. I think the space under a double bed is the bomb! LOL.

Deanna, just appearing LOL (I was being smart-a*sed ;-) )

Have I replied to everyone? Sorry if I missed, you guys were all busy while I've been sorting out today.

Great!! really looking forward to this meet,do hope the sun shines for us as there are some smashing views across the beach, but no matter it will be so lovely to chat! :O)

Definitely North Shields you want Liz, lots of research in Central library (where I found grave plot) and Register office,on banks of Tyne, for instant certs.

Mommylonglegs Report 23 Apr 2008 09:06

Have pm'd you Liz. Have just got a pm from Mau and it looks like we have a mini meet up in the making.

Mau has suggested The Boadwalk right near the beach for a coffee, which is fine by me.

I am ok for any day you are up here Liz. Wallsend comes under Tynemouth district so all info will be at North Shields Library. No need to book a reader its always quiet in there. Will come to Preston Cemetary also.

Ian where abouts are you?

Jenny
