Definitely not, I knew an old lady in her late eighties who only stopped her french, italian and spanish lessons because of cancer and having a colostomy, it didn't go as well as expected and she wasn't able to get to the college. She had studied the piano, and languages for several of her latter years till ill health caused the difficulties with travelling to the college but her friends used to call round and pick her brains when they went on the same courses. She was amazing. |

Definitely not too old. My Uncle John's a perpetual student - he postponed his 60th birthday party for three months so the party could fit in with him getting his degree in 2005! I don't know how many qualifications he's got, but I know he went to university the first time in the late 60s/early 70s. |
