OH has his grandads Master Printers certificate from 1918. It is quite large, and is extremely bright and colourful.
I have a family doctor book from the 1920's. I can spend hours looking at the illnesses and their supposed cures

A silver spoon from my nan's house which she got from a house clearance from a Manor house. Not sure of exact date, but definitely late 1800's.

I've got lots of fossils, not just in the house, but in the garden too. Daughter studied geology at Uni, and I asked for her 'finds'.
Most fascinating old thing I have is a medical dictionary from 1875. Not sure about the oldest 'family' thing. Could be my g grandmother's sewing desk.

I think I can go back to abt. 1910

....a brooch which belonged to my grandmother who died in 1913.
Just sentimental value.
