	Just heard that my daughter has had a little boy late last night. I kept the PC on till 1.30 last night hoping to hear news I must have just switched it off when my SIL called with the news! So I didn´t get the message till I switched on this morning. (no phone here only Sat. conx) But all is well with both though my daughter is pretty exhausted. The baby hadn´t been weighed but everything is okay. His name is Seth Isaac. Interesting name choice as I have always been convinced we have Jewish blood in the family but have never been able to find any evidence of it. Also yesterday was the First Day of the Passover which I didn´t know till my OH pointed it out. I would just like to say a huge thank you to all of you. I kept reading your supportive words over and over and they really kept me going. I´m quite exhausted now and it wasn´t me giving birth! lol So I´m off to pack my bags for UK tomorrow. Thanks again to everyone. Chica xxxxx

	Congratulations on the arrival of your Grandson and wow the name.... My maternal Gt grandfather was Isaac and my Paternal Gt grandfather was Seth. I hope your Seth doesn't give you as many problems as mine has!!! glad it is all over for your daughter anyway. Ann Glos

	Seth in the Hebrew Bible In Genesis, Seth was the third son of Adam and Eve, and is their only child mentioned by name besides Cain and Abel. After stating that Seth was to Adam "a son in his likeness and image", born when Adam was 130 years old (Genesis 5:3), Genesis 5:4 states that Adam fathered "sons and daughters" before his death aged 930 years. Seth had a son, Enosh, or Enos at age 105 (Genesis 5:6) and further children; he lived 912 years (Genesis 5:8). Rashi (Rabbi Shlomo Yitzhaqi) refers to Seth as the ancestor of Noah and hence the father of all mankind. According to Zohar 1:36b, Seth is "ancestor of all the Generations of the Tzaddikim" (righteous ones). Parshat Balak refers to "all of Seth's descendants" (Numbers 24:17).

	The boy's name Isaac \i-saac\ is pronounced EYE-zik. It is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is "laughter". Biblical: the only son of Abraham by his wife Sarah
