i'm always tired, I've been on anti depressants for years in order to help me sleep but nowadays they don't help but I can't seem to come off them either. I didn't sleep at all on Saturday night and felt absolutely dreadful the following day. it really is debilitating and I sympathise with anyone who feels the same |

It is McAnne, i don't work now but when I did I don't know how I got through some days. I find I struggle to focus and begin to feel giddy. I remember someone once saying to me "if you don't sleep it must be because you're not tired!!" |

Could you be peri-menopausal - it can last 10 years before the menopause actually occurs. |

Hi Anne, I had that for years then got the fm diagnosis and then chronic fatigue one. Before the diagnosis I was told it was depression and given Antidepressants which didn't help that much. |
