Aled Jones might have lost his angelic voice - but he is still earning good money on TV and elsewhere.

Good luck to Andrew I say!

He has a wonderful voice but what really annoyed me ( if he's quoted correctly) is Graham Nortons remarks in the Mirror quote "Is that his trick, that he was bullied at school? What do you do? 'I'm going to be bullied'. Well done".
As far as I'm concerned he could have a go at Simon etc if he needs to but a young boy! Not nice.

That's my point, LL, but if he can gain confidence before his voice breaks it will be all for the good :o)

He has a beautiful voice but don't want to put a downer on it ...he is 13.. not long to go before that voice changes, think of Aled Jones!

Hopefully, won't happen before the Royal Variety Show, if he is lucky & talented enough to win

Wasn't he amazing? I'm not keen on young children with 'forced' voices and too much confidence, but his voice was so pure and natural. He really deserves a chance because he is so keen to do something with his life, and has a real talent.

It was brill Helen,

Andrew was utterly spellbinding, I was in church choirs for years but what made him extra special was that he was in jeans and tee shirt, not choir robes,

I just hope the wee lad gains some confidence before his voice breaks. I think the audiences reaction was a wonderful 'two fingers up' to those bullies!!!

Lets hope Andrews voice will be just as good when it breaks.
Have you heard of the castrati boys of Itali before?, its awful what they did to those poor boys to keep their voice from breaking.

There were a few good acts - they needn't worry that Paul Potts was a one off.
There was the usual dross as well though - and let's face it lol - we love that as well!
