I'am sooooooooo exited for her and to break the record in the 400 which is not her distance is wonderful, she will be having a bottle of champers on Sunday when the championships have finished in Sheffield.

Well done to my niece Rebbeca Addlington, who as this morning made the British team going to Bejing. Rebbeca has broke the British Record for the 400mtr freestyle. Well done Becky. She still has to compete in the 800 later this week.
