Ok Errol,

I have reduced my print size to the smallest and still I can't see the go botton, I know you are away but maybe you will see this when you come back. I don't know what else to do!! I contacted Asda over a week ago and haven't had any reply, sent them another e-mail 3 days ago still no reply,

Yes it may do because basically everything is being pushed across.

Its not working, tried to drag it across but it only moves a tiny bit, the Go botton still isn't there.
Can I ask would it help if I reduced my print size?

I have received your email Betty.
Where it says Product Search scroll right down until you see a horizontal scroll bar. Drag it over to the right and you should then see the Go button.

Yes i will send it to you if I can manage to do a screen shot ok.
Will follow your instructions on how to do a screen shot as i haven't done this before.

Could you send me a screen shot of the web page if I PM my email address?
To do this click on your Start menu and then All Programs, Accessories, Snipping Tool.
When it opens, click on the little arrow next to New and select "Full-screen Snip". This will capture an image of the screen which you can then paste into an email etc.

As above but not spaced out like that, think thats due to copy and paste thing NO GO BUTTON THOUGH!!.
They are all listed one under the other as you have listed them except for the Go button.

Yes the others are displaying as normal just this product search bit thats the problem.
I have tried to copy and past it for you to see hope it turns out ok below!

I just want to be able to search for differnt products to see whats available and prices etc.

I have logged off and on about 10 times in the last few weeks and can't get a search button. Only happened since I have been on Vista though, all I can order is recently bought products because you just put a tick beside them.

Thanks Blue Moon for the vouchers, I spend about £90 to £120 a week on home shopping and never get a voucher at all.
Any suggestions on why I don't have a search botton to click on after I type the product name.
