You know Dave, sometimes you have to split up to realise what you have missed.

I have never been divorced but OH and I were engaged many years ago and we split up and went our separate ways - 10 years later we met up and married!

So dont give up hope, if there is friendship there then that is a start - isn't it?

tina i wanted to say exactly that
i thuoght i maybe too romantic and wishful

daave tinas right,
just see how you both go,
keep friends, you were together a long time
you got kids togther
history together,
see what happpens,


we were very close to it me and OH, but
he suddenly stopped being the way he was,
like hed been hit with a wand,
takin me out for lunch on saturdays,
being nice to me,
you know stuff like that,
i admit its my head now that needs to shake out the hurt cos it does drive you stir crazy
but
dave just be you love
your caring loveable self
write her a letter saying youd hoped it wouldnt come to that, and tell her youll always hold her in your heart,
its beter in a letter , cos she has it there to read and see

Dave, I am sorry to here your news, been there and although mine was expected I still cried buckets, we have remained friendly but guess what I wouldn't swop my new hubby for the world-
