I feel a bit sorry for him taking the rap. After all, he spent five years in a small room while she lived it up on the cash and sympathy. Feel sorry for the kids, I'm not sure if they were in on it, keeping a secret from the kids would be hard but if they knew then he wouldn't have had to hide in a room behind the wardrobe, would he? That said, how did he eat and go to the loo. Prison should be a doddle for him after that...no wonder he walked into a police station, you'd go a bit doo lally after that.

LOL I agree Joy, what bloke would come up with a plan that restricted their access to TV, Beer and football? PMSL.

Maybe he didn't have a choice and she LOCKED him in the wardrobe? LOL. He did a runner when he could escape and took himself off to a police station so that he could get away from her.

He didn't spend 5 years in a wardrobe or confined space in the house,he had got a passport in someone else's name and flew to South America,there are photo's of them both abroad.
Which will be shown in court as evidence.

She is on trial in July at Leeds Crown Court.
Like he is now.

They really should spend a very long time in prison but I bet they don't. I don't know how anyone could do that to their innocent family. I do wonder why he gave himself up like that.
