That's ok Caz, I've only gone and bu**ered myself up helping at the bungalow again. Mum keeps telling me to stop and take it easy but I just want to get it done and looking nice for them. It's keeping me distracted from my own housing issue as well.

Hi Tina, it certainly is , it made me realise i don't REALLY laugh, often enough.

My Dad is a scream, he has suffered with anxiety and depression in his life but now hes older, on what he calls ' magic pills' he is the happiest ever,
