My husband gets a good kicking in the night when my legs are really bad, and usually he then massages them for me. So get your husband motivated.

Hi Dawn

I find it best to keep legs cool so have a cool bath or remove clothes and open a window (lol) don't let anyone see you of course! Then lie down !

There is something you can get from Holland and Barrat, but can't think what it is called at the moment.

Hi Dawn

I suffer from restless legs, and sorry but you just have to put up with them. I never know what to do with myself when they start. I would suggest you massage them on the calves. I find standing rather than sitting sometimes helps.
