	Hope you will be ok Daff, that must be so worrying about flooding. Its really raining hard here,and the wind is picking up, and turned so cold as well. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Trish xx

	Environment Agency just called, and they expect flooding in this area by 9 am ish. (High tide) Fortunately, we are not in the Severe category, but the next one down, so I am hoping we won't be too badly hit. They are expecting a high tide higher than the sea wall (1/4 mile away) and as we are below sea level here... well, I do so hope our drainage ditches work!! We are in the process of moving all our precious stuff upstairs, and generally trying to flood proof as far as we can. I have all sorts of emergency rations... good job I was in the Brownies, wasn't it?? lol Seriously, it is quite scary... we are trying to evacuate the cats so at least we'll know they are safe...
