Hiya Jax

Girl's are funny like that aren't they? They seem to mature quicker than boys and don't want to look babyish. I'd say let her do as she wants....but have a costume on standby cos you can bet your life that when she sees her mates dressed up, she'll want to aswell lol

My daughter is 8 and wants to wear one to school on Friday as they are having an eisteddfod and I know a lot of her friends are too.

As im sure many of you are aware it is the custom in Wales for the children to dress up in the national costume on St Davids Day.

At what age do you think it is the norm to still wear the costume?

I ask this as Boo is still unsure wether to go for it or not this year cos she dont wanna look like a dweeb (her words not mine lol)
