To be honest, I'm not sure that it matters what time of day, just that you always are consistent with when you weigh yourself.

One for the girls

Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray the Lord my shape to keep.
Please no wrinkles, Please no bags
And please lift my butt before it sags.
Please no age spots, Please no gray
And as for my belly, Please take it away.
Please keep me healthy, Please keep me young,
And thank you Dear Lord, For all that you've done.

Five tips for a woman....
1. It is important that a man helps you around the house and has a job.
2. It is important that a man makes you laugh.
3. It is important to find a man you can count on and doesn't lie to You.
4. It is important that a man loves you and spoils you.
5. It is important that these four men don't know each other.

'If we don't get some support soon, people will think we're nuts.'

I started the dreaded diet on Friday, well I must loose a little as I am unable to get into any of my trousers other than the ones with elastic waists.

No I do not have nor do I intend to get scales........I will try the trousers in question at the end of each week and if they fit.....happy days.

I like having them, it's a good way to look back on where you've come from and sometimes they have good support messages that are useful between threads.

Not entirely sure what to put this week. According to my digital scales I've not lost any weight. According to the old scales I've lost 2lbs. I've lost an inch and half off my waist in 2 weeks so I can't see how I've NOT lost anything so I'm sort of more inclined to go with the 2lbs. I'm not sure how reliable the digital scales are to be honest.

I think I'm going with the 2lb otherwise I'd cry lol. And I have lost that inch and half off my waist so it's all good :-)

I had my weigh in last night & lost 2 lbs

That's 29 1/2 lb since July - sounds a lot more than just over 2 stone put like that :-)

SS
If I was you I would just stick to the same scales. I weigh myself first thing at home - by the time I get to my class at 6.30pm I've put on 6lb !!

Well done on your inch loss

Well I changed to the digi ones as the other ones were so old. But when I weighed myself on the new ones and found that I hadn't lost any... and combined it with the loss around the waist it didn't make sense (I was lighter the week I last measured) so checked on the old scales, hence the confusion lol.

My mum has digital scales - I can stand on them 5 times in a minute & have different readings!

~Summer Scribe~ Report 19 Feb 2008 21:00

These ones are the same, they seem to go off more after each reading.

I have another set of non-digi scales somewhere in a box from when I was at uni, but not sure where lol.

I just know I must have lost weight this week if I've lost inches lol.
