How strange Ann... my grandmother always said she could trace her family back to Oliver Cromwell... haven't got that far back yet, but a lot of her side definitely come from the same general area, just a bit later, that's all!! |

Not directly BUT my uncle by marriage into my family, is supposed to be a direct descendant of the Vicrorian Newcastle murderess Mary Cotton!!! Haven't actually found evidence to support the claim though and not sure whether I really want too!!! lol |
