I think you are both so brave. My daughter had to have that stingy stuff in her eyes many times and everytime she had to have an eye test she used to dread it. I used to hate her having them because I can remember how it felt when I was a child. Apparently they use different types of eye drops now. My daughter was encouraged to blink just after she had them and it wasn't as uncomfortable for her. As for the other, my OH would have had to stay with her then. I don't think I could have done that. I'd probably have fainted.
Well done to you both
xx

What a wonderful brave little girl, you must be so proud. A definite treat is in order. Isn't it odd when a child declines a new toy. I think my nephew and niece are spoilt when it comes to that though. Bowling sounds like a plan :-)

Lou, I've had that lens in the eye, as I had a detached retina, believe me she's brave, it is not nice at all.

We called at the toy shop on the way home - but she didn't want anything!!!!!!!!

She has a couple of special dolls that go to hospital with her, and she said she doesn't need anything else!!!!

Will probably take her and her best friend bowling at the weekend as a treat instead...

LOU XXXxxxxxxxxx
ps. just read her what you've all put and she says she's blushing, PMSL!!!! xx

Julie - It was something to do with her retina???
They said that blue eyes are easier than dark though???
Yuk - still not a happy bunny thinking about it.....mean while she's been for a run (round the garden) and is surrounded by Bratz now...
